These terms govern your use of the RehabX website and portals, operated by [legal entity name], commercial registration [CR number]. By using RehabX, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

RehabX is a platform that assists physicians in referring patients to physiotherapy and aids clinics, physiotherapists, and patients in managing that care. RehabX does not provide medical treatment itself: assessment, diagnosis, and treatment decisions are made by licensed healthcare professionals.

RehabX is not an emergency service. If you have a medical emergency, call 997 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Staff accounts are created by invitation. Keep your password private and inform us immediately if you suspect someone else has used your account.

Patients sign in with a one-time code sent to their mobile number. Never share your code with anyone. If a mobile number is shared by family members, each person chooses their own record after signing in.

Please ensure the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

Follow the advice of your physiotherapist. Stop an exercise and contact your clinic if it causes sharp pain or concerning symptoms.

The AI assistant provides general information about physiotherapy and recovery. It does not diagnose, cannot change your treatment plan, and is not a substitute for your care team.

You must hold a valid license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties for the services you provide and keep it current.

You remain responsible for your clinical decisions, including reviewing, editing, and approving any program or text drafted with AI before it reaches a patient, and for maintaining patient information confidentiality and record accuracy.

Clinics pay for the use of the platform with tokens bought in bundles. Tokens are used according to the rates shown in the clinic portal (for example, per attended session and per SMS message part). Tokens do not expire.

Payment is made by bank transfer unless agreed otherwise. [Legal review: refunds, invoicing, VAT, and price changes.]

Do not use RehabX unlawfully, access information you are not authorized to see, interfere with the platform or its security, copy or reverse-engineer it, or upload harmful content.

The platform, its design, and the EXtherapy exercise library are owned by RehabX or its licensors. You may use them only within the service for the care of patients.

We strive to keep RehabX available, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may change or improve features over time.
